Very special day at Old West. OTA students from Concorde Career College came and ran some special events which provided community awareness for some businesses in our area that offer items for sale and services for special needs children and adults in our area.
They did fund raising on their campus to earn the money to fix our ramp and to be able to pay the vendors for the event today. They provided Hotdogs, popcorn, snow cones and even prizes for those who visited each booth or area. And they walked and walked to provide pony rides for anyone who wanted to ride.
We also had other great organizations joining us, like the Madonna Learning Center, the Sensory Shop, and the Autism Society of the MidSouth.
We had a very large turn out! Thank you!!!
